Mark 12:10-12

¹⁰Have you not read this Scripture:

‘The stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone;
¹¹by the Lord this has been done,
and it is wonderful in our eyes’?”

¹²They wanted to arrest him because they realized that this parable was directed at them, but they were afraid of the crowd. Therefore, they left him and went away.
